Elsuma makes caps for long days outside. Terraces, beaches, city streets and everything in between.

Each design starts with an embroidered emblem, the kind you'd find on an old club jacket or a holiday souvenir. We pair it with soft, unstructured crowns, flat brims and our signature braided rope.

We ship from Spain to all countries in the European Union. Orders leave our studio within 1–3 working days.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You can return unworn caps with all tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us through the contact form with your order number and we'll send you the return address.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the cap. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this right.

Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up, so we can send you news and your discount code. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Orders: name, address, email and payment details, needed to process and ship your order. Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). We never see your full card details.
Hosting: our web host IONOS (IONOS SE, Germany) stores technical access logs such as IP address and time of visit.
